Business Contract Manager (KH_101745)
An exciting opportunity for a contract manager or a commercial lawyer to work for a multinational client as part of their dynamic legal department.
Feladatok:
- Drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts
- Assisting with the review of tender documents and preparation of responses
- Maintaining contractual records and documentation
- Developing and implementing procedures for contract management and administration
- Ensuring that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support the implementation
- Supporting product management/marketing to ensure company products and services are offered with appropriate, competitive terms and conditions
Elvárások:
- 1-3 years relevant experience as a contract manager, commercial lawyer or similar position (preferably at a multinational company)
- University degree in law
- Fluency in English
Előnyt jelent:
- Corporate experience is beneficial but not a must
- Experience in the field of media is an advantage
