Business Assistant
Based in BUD - Office
Overall responsibilities:
The Business Assistant is responsible for assisting the daily operational tasks of Executive level managers. The job holder will provide administrative and organizational support to the respective departments and in certain cases to the whole company.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing personal assistance primarily for the Executives
- Preparing expense reports
- Managing and maintaining schedule, travel and related logistics
- Managing diaries, scheduling and coordinating internal/external meetings and conference calls
- Acting as the point of contact between executives and employees/external business partners
- Preparing high-level presentations, business reports and statements
- Organizing and managing company events
- Preparation, execution and follow-up of any occurring business events
- Continuously improve the ways to efficiently run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Review and recommend changes to the travel-related company policies if necessary
- Cooperates with/replaces other Business Assistants on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Finalized Bachelor's or higher university/college degree
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken), Hungarian knowledge is a strong asset
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility
- Ability to react quickly to the operational needs
- Good organizational skills and attention to details
- Precise, punctual working manner
- Ability to work independently and in a team
