Main tasks, responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in implementing and improving business processes based on stakeholder requirements. Your tasks will include:

Implementing business processes and enhancing existing ones based on business and technical requirements
Thinking from both the user and business perspectives
Running and maintaining scripted processes regularly
Structuring data for reporting and analytics, supporting reporting needs by preparing usable datasets
Debugging and troubleshooting issues
Reverse-engineering and documenting systems
Participating in technical discussions with vendors (in collaboration with relevant stakeholders)
Collaborating with international teams of business analysts and developers

Requirements:

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems and enjoys working in a collaborative, international environment. You should have:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in database-related roles
Deep knowledge of MS SQL and database structures
University degree, preferably in IT or a related field
Familiarity with programming fundamentals (language not specified)
Understanding of project management tools or methods
Strong English communication skills
An analytical mindset that embraces challenges and persists through complex issues
A team-oriented attitude and a reliable work ethic

Advantages:

Experience with C#, .NET, or other scripting languages
Knowledge of infrastructure-level server operations
Familiarity with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
