If you like improving reports, challenging the status quo, and making an impact on pricing and performance, this role is for you.Business Analyst (f/m/d)What will you doReporting & analysis:Developing and maintaining recurring commercial and subscription reports (sales, customers, ARR, churn / retention, usage etc.)Performing ad hoc analyses on customers, products, channels, process efficiency to answer business questionsCollaborating with stakeholders to analyse complex findings and translate them into actionable insightsPricing:Supporting pricing exercises (list prices, discounts, subscription packaging, promotions) through data preparation and scenario modelingMonitoring price realization, margin erosion, and subscription plan performanceIdentifying issues and recommend corrective actions with Sales and Finance teamsData projects:Collaborating with IT/Data teams on data models, integrations, BI solutions, and new data sourcesProviding business requirements and validate outputs from a commercial perspective.Driving improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and analytics scalability.What do we expectBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data, or a related field3–5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or Revenue Analyst role, ideally in a B2B or subscription?driven environmentStrong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, experience with Power Query or similar is a plusExperience with PowerBI and working with data teams or IT on reporting solutionsDemonstrated experience in commercial reporting, subscription or recurring?revenue analysis, and/or pricing analysisStrong business acumen and understanding of revenue, margin, subscription, and pricing driversAbility to work with complex, cross?system data (CRM, billing, subscription platform) and partner effectively with IT/Data teamsStructured, detail?oriented working style with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlinesExcellent communication skills, able to explain analytical insights to commercial and technical stakeholdersProactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo and propose improvements in reporting, data, and pricingOur offerCompetitive remuneration packageFlexible working hoursTeam building events and company activitiesOpportunities for professional developmentFree car parkingFor this position we only consider direct applications through our platform. jid28987f5pn jit0207pn jiy26pn
