Responsibilities

Assistance in developing AI-powered workflows using large language models such as Claude, GPT, and related technologies
Support for implementation, testing, and maintenance of workflow automation solutions
Analysis of existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Testing and validation of AI workflows to ensure quality, reliability, and accuracy

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, client solutions, project support, or a related role
Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a collaborative environment
Experience creating documentation, process maps, or procedural guides
