Responsibilities

Provide data-driven support to the Network Development team.
Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and strengthen the company’s data-driven way of working.
Prepare and maintain regular (daily, weekly, and monthly) and ad-hoc business reports for local stakeholders and the Packeta Group headquarters in the Czech Republic.
Actively participate in regular and ad-hoc business meetings, prepare presentations, and communicate analytical findings and key results to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and coordinate Change Requests (CRs), align requirements with relevant stakeholders, and present proposals.
Assess and align reporting requirements across key business areas, including Network Development, Finance, and Operations, ensuring consistent and relevant reporting.
Maintain close cooperation with the Packeta Group headquarters in the Czech Republic and support the development of standardized, group-level reporting solutions.
Contribute to the development of the Data Warehouse (DWH) by gathering and aligning business requirements and coordinating between business stakeholders and the IT team.
Continuously improve measurement methodologies and support the implementation of new analytical, reporting, research, and data visualization solutions.

Requirements

University degree in a relevant field.
3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong SQL skills are essential.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Experience in business reporting and data visualization.
Ability to understand, structure, and translate business needs into clear reporting and analytical requirements.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
Fluent Hungarian, both written and spoken.
