Responsibilities

Development and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a focus on Finance processes
Gathering and evaluating stakeholder requirements in close collaboration with functional experts, development teams, and project management
Inhouse consulting with process experts and teams using agile methodologies such as SCRUM
Managing Incidents, Requests, Problems, and Changes while providing 2nd‑level support for Finance-related applications
Driving and supporting ERP rollout projects, including on‑site assistance during migrations and user trainings
Creating concepts for harmonizing, digitalizing, and automating Finance processes, including requirement management, backlog refinement, and Fit/Gap analysis

Requirements

Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or similar field, with initial IT experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO
Understanding of Finance processes, related sub‑processes, and cross‑functional touchpoints; SQL/T‑SQL knowledge is a plus
Strong technical and methodological skills in support, documentation, and project management
Confident communicator with customer‑focused mindset, reliability, teamwork, and enthusiasm
Full professional English proficiency, basic German skills, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
