Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- analyse, design and optimise end-to-end business processes for an international digital platform;
- gather, validate and formalise business and functional requirements;
- conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements clarification meetings;
- prepare business requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria and process models;
- research markets, customer needs, user behaviour and competitors;
- analyse customer journeys and marketing and sales funnels;
- define business rules, data models and integration requirements;
- prepare clear tasks for design, frontend, backend and quality assurance teams;
- coordinate solutions with product owners, architects and developers;
- analyse product performance and provide data-driven recommendations;
- manage requirements from the initial concept through product launch.
Requirements
- completed university degree in business, economics, finance, information technology, engineering or a related field;
- at least three years of proven experience as a business analyst;
- experience in the development of complex digital products;
- english proficiency at b2 level or higher is mandatory;
- ability to conduct meetings, manage correspondence and work with technical documentation in english;
- professional working proficiency in russian;
- understanding of marketing, sales, product positioning and customer behaviour;
- knowledge of customer journey mapping and marketing and sales funnels;
- experience with business process modelling and system modelling;
- working knowledge of jira and confluence;
- understanding of web service integrations, data exchange formats, databases and microservice architecture;
- strong analytical, logical and systematic thinking;
- independence, initiative, attention to detail and responsibility for results;
- willingness to relocate and work from our office in budapest, hungary.
Nice-to-have
- experience with international marketplaces, logistics platforms, supply chain systems, customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, financial technology or business-to-business products;
- experience launching a digital product from the initial research stage through production;
- experience designing integrations between multiple systems and external service providers;
- knowledge of product analytics, performance indicators and unit economics;
- experience working with international or multicultural teams;
- knowledge of hungarian, chinese, german or another european or asian language.
