Állás leírása
Responsibilities
Identification, delivery, and sustainment of country-level automation, analytics, and AI solutions
Assistance with business case preparation, data analysis, dashboard/report building, workflow documentation, solution testing, training, and user support
Compilation of business cases, gathering requirements, mapping processes, and documenting user stories and acceptance criteria
Conducting data exploration and preparing baseline metrics to define problem statements and expected benefits
Verification of similar tools to avoid duplication and summarization of reuse opportunities and recommendations
Building and maintaining country dashboards and basic automations under supervision using approved platforms
Preparation of test scripts, performance of user acceptance testing coordination, and documentation of outcomes
Support of validation and release documentation
Support of configuration and minor enhancements; triage of user feedback and escalation of defects/issues as needed
Production of routine operational reports and Key Performance Indicators dashboards; maintenance of data definitions and refresh cadence
Tracking solution performance metrics and preparation of updates for stakeholders
Ensuring adherence to ICH GCP, Company policies, and local regulations in documentation and solution usage
Support of change management activities including training materials, user guides, quick reference content, and delivery of end-user training sessions
Collaboration with country, regional and headquarters teams, including Sr. BA - AA & AI / RAAI Lead, and Global Clinical Data Integration / Information Technology partners; sharing learnings and templates with peers
Support of initiatives driven by Regional Operations teams such as Global Site Agreements, Global Trial Optimization, Global Sites Budgets and Payments, and Essential Document Management

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in life science discipline, business analytics, computing science, engineering, or related field with 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, or technology-enabled projects including exposure to automation platforms, analytics tools, or AI frameworks
Or associate degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification in a life science discipline, business analytics, computing science, engineering, or related field combined with a minimum of 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, or technology-enabled projects including exposure to automation platforms, analytics tools, or AI frameworks
Business analysis skills including ability to gather and document requirements, translate business needs into data or solution specifications, and support testing and validation activities
Data literacy including ability to analyze datasets, build reports, and visualize metrics with attention to data quality
Technical aptitude including hands-on with Excel and at least one BI tool and foundational understanding of automation platforms and AI-assisted tools with willingness to learn approved platforms
Organization and communication skills including clear written/verbal English, structured documentation, and effective collaboration in a matrixed setting
Compliance awareness including basic understanding of operating in regulated environments and adherence to procedures
Learning mindset including proactive, curious, and coachable attitude embracing feedback and continuous improvement

Exposure to clinical research operations or adjacent functions, Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau and basic data wrangling including Excel, PowerQuery, DAX, and introductory Structured Query Language (SQL), Familiarity with workflow documentation and testing/User Acceptance Testing practices, Internships or project work in healthcare, life sciences, or regulatory environments
