Bunkering Operations Officer

Support the bunkering team in ensuring the smooth execution of deliveries and operations, contributing to the seamless flow of daily activities.
Act as a liaison between traders and the post-fixture team, handling post-deal processes, payments, and credit-related matters to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
Prepare essential documentation and assist traders in executing deliveries and operational tasks, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Serve as a key interface between suppliers and customers, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment on product availability, delivery timelines, and expectations.
Coordinate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, proactively addressing and communicating operational issues as soon as they arise to prevent disruptions and delays.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, processes, procedures, and systems, as well as relevant legislation, maintaining compliance and upholding the company's standards.
