Responsibilities

Management and implementation of maintenance, service, and renovation projects at our Berlin locations
Ensuring the smooth operation of building services systems (TGA)
Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work
Evaluation of maintenance tasks, including requesting quotes, procuring spare parts, and scheduling
Organizing relocations, renovations, and space adjustments
Managing external service providers from quotation to acceptance
Cost control and support with budget and operating cost planning
Collaborating with building services and internal stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards (including GMP)
Documenting measures and technical changes

Requirements

Technical apprenticeship with advanced education (technician/master craftsman) or a degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering, utility engineering, or facility management
Experience in technical facility management or building services engineering
A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
Excellent communication skills when interacting with internal and external partners
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with building management or maintenance software is a plus
Project management experience is a plus
Participation in on-call duty (including additional compensation)
