Responsibilities
The Breakfast Beverage Attendant/Bartender provides a refined and personalized beverage experience for guests during breakfast service and throughout the hotel’s beverage offerings. You will craft and serve coffee, tea, juices, and selected beverages with elegance and precision, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless, high-quality start to their day.

Operational Excellence
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion, creating an inviting atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve premium coffee, espresso, tea, juices, and select beverages with precision and care.
- Offer guidance on beverage choices, ensuring guests enjoy a personalized experience.
- Maintain attentive, proactive service, anticipating guest needs throughout breakfast service.
Operational Excellence
- Set up and maintain beverage stations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
- Operate coffee machines, espresso makers, and other beverage equipment according to hotel standards.
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with replenishment in a timely manner.
- Assist with breakfast area setup and clearing, maintaining a polished and orderly environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the breakfast and F&B team to ensure seamless service flow.
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training to maintain luxury service standards.
- Uphold the hotel’s values of excellence, elegance, and authentic hospitality.
