Brand Experience – Engineering Tech Lead

Drive technical excellence in products
Serve as a bridge between domain architect(s) and engineering teams
Facilitate technical design, decisions and delivery
Support managers in building world class engineering teams
Research new technologies and lead technical investigations
Develop POCs for new ideas
Participate in key technical initiatives
Identify and champion technical improvements for roadmap consideration
Work closely with architects to ensure architectural direction and standards are communicated, aligned and implemented
Develop and maintain strong understanding of business and products
Lead technical design decisions ensuring alignment with domain architect(s)
Take active, hands-on role with important technical initiatives and issues
Support new product development by producing POCs and/or documented technical designs
Research new technologies and assess their potential application
Review major changes to ensure standards
Serve as key technical point of contact for the domain
Collaborate with product, architecture and engineering colleagues
Participate in technical interviews and provide technical feedback
Coach and mentor engineers
Participate in team ceremonies such as planning and refinement
Lead technical trainings to share knowledge and improve expertise
