Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing the marketing and trade marketing activity plan that supports the long-term and short-term business strategy.
- Knowledge and analysis of food FMCG and consumer trends and their incorporation into the brand and assortment strategy.
- Managing the branded product portfolio, propose and implement product development projects.
- Developing the advertising and promotional strategy, implementing and following up the campaigns.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing and trade marketing activities, preparing reports and recommending changes for improvement.
- Keep daily contact with agencies, co-departments and international relations within and outside of Lactalis group.
- Managing market research projects, analysing the results and make proposals to support business development.
- Full coordination of packaging design development.
- Planning and follow-up of the marketing and trade marketing budget.
Requirements
- Minimum 1,5 years of experience in marketing at FMCG company on brand or product management.
- College or university degree specialized in marketing or in other economics faculty.
- ATL and BTL experience, including digital media.
- Knowledge of marketing and trade marketing promotional tools.
- Experience in working with agencies: making briefs and project management.
- Experience in developing packaging design projects.
- Experience in managing marketing budget.
- Competencies: good organizational skills, proactivity, precision, strategic approach, working in team and independently, cooperative, flexible and open attitude towards changes and challenges
- Negotiation level English language skills
- Confident MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
