Responsibilities
European Branch Coordinator is supporting the Commercial Director with assistance in preparation of operational topic, business decisions materials, initiatives for efficiency improvement, project tracking and ensuring an efficient administration workflow, contract approval process.
This position requires a strong character, as it is necessary to introduce and fully control the projects and goals defined by the CD at an international level.

This position requires a strong character, as it is necessary to introduce and fully control the projects and goals defined by the CD at an international level.
Main tasks will be:
- Supporting the CD at the development, implementation and follow up of the processes
- Coordinating the Administration Flow
- Preparation of scenarios and preparation and organization of background material for decision making (reports, analytics and presentations)
- Identification of potentials for optimization and improvements
- Supporting the CDs with Projects tracking
- Interface and strong collaboration with the branches internationally in 8 countries accross the EU
- Implementing standard processes in all branches under the guideline of HQ and CD
Requirements
- Bachelor or University degree and minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Strong computer skills (MS Office 365, Teams, ppt, Excel).
- SAP B1 knowledge is an advantage
- Automotive spareparts background is a huge advantage
- Keen on details, structured mind
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Willing to travelling
- Proactivity
- Good time management
- Fluent English
Nice-to-have
German knowledge is an advantage
