Responsibilities
As a member of the team, your job will be to provide customers with the best service.
By meeting your sales goals, you will also help maximize the profits of your business, contributing to the success of your entire team.
- Kind and friendly greeting of customers.
- The highest possible level of customer management.
- Understand how systems measuring quality of service and customer satisfaction work.
- Implement or exceed the sales plan whenever possible.
- Take advantage of the tools available to ensure that customers have access to the full set.
- Sales promotion by suggesting the purchase of additional products.
- Care must be taken to ensure that the products on the shelves are always aesthetic and tidy, as well as presentable.
- Replenishing inventory so that buyers have access to the entire size range.
- Update product prices and storefront.
- Replacing absent staff and fulfilling duties.
- Representing JD Sports in the most professional way.
- Work in compliance with safety regulations.
