Responsibilities
Implementing process optimization, standardization, development and training of troubleshooting manuals
Develop strategies to reduce product variability, waste, and operating costs
Work closely with the plant managers of the 14 EMEA plants, evaluating and developing blow molding technicians and operators
Providing virtual and on the job training
Implementing standardized processes to guarantee optimum cost, quality, and colleague’s safety
Lead training of plant blow mold operators and leaders on standard production execution
Provide support, create, and execute process related training materials (Industrial Packaging 101)
Participate in the implementation of new equipment, creating work instructions, standardization of work, training matrix
Work with Project engineers to elaborate and justify new investments or projects to improve equipment output and automation
Promote improvements on production process through Kaizen, VSM and other lean techniques
Create statistical analysis, charts, drawings, and reports to illustrate and showcase potential issues
Ensure adherence to existing SOC's and develop and track Standard Operating Conditions for all major equipment
Apply root cause analysis and analytical problem-solving techniques
Develop optimum process parameters to achieve desired quality and product certification performance requirements
Work closely with OPEX and other support functions to drive A3 continuous improvement projects
Work with facilities and the Standards and Compliance MDM teams to define and establish plant labor standards

Requirements
Bachelor in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electric Engineering, or Automation Engineering
Fluent English in speaking and writing
15+ years working in the packaging industry focused on blow-molding – production, maintenance, process management
Travel availability is required
