Responsibilities

Update and maintain BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Produce BIM models and CAD drawings in accordance with internal CAD guidelines and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Manage and track drawing status, revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Extract Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from BIM models to support project planning and cost estimation.
Prepare and set up drawings for submission to clients and subcontractors.
Receive instructions from package owners and develop corresponding design drawings.
Plot drawings in both digital and hardcopy formats for design reviews; scan and archive marked-up drawings.
Assist package owners with drawing revisions and the issuance of addenda.
Support the BIM Coordinator in clash detection and resolution processes.

Requirements

Proficient in Navisworks, Revit and AutoCAD, with strong presentation and documentation ability using MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in MEP modelling, large scale project experience is a plus
Ability to work independently with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (professional and written communication), other languages is a plus
