Bid Manager Government AviationCustomer Support / Sales & MarketingBid Manager Government AviationPrimary work locationStansAll workplaces:StansFly with us into the future and become part of the team at one of the most innovative aircraft manufacturers in the world.Your TasksSupporting Government Aviation Sales and Capture Management team by managing bids, proposals and responses to requests for information as directedDefining bid teams where necessary and managing inputs for bid teams as well as ensuring adequacy, accuracy or quality of responseSupporting and/or leading proposal kick-off meetings and tasking other departments and teams accordinglyProviding consistency of approach for bids and proposals for new sales from Government AviationEnsuring internal compliance to applicable processes and proceduresAdvising Sales and Capture Management teams with respect to processes and procedures and working closely with the Contract Management team to ensure commercial elements of bids and proposals are adequately and robustly addressedWith this you convince usA degree in Business/Finance or project management with experience in project management and in preparing proposals for Defence customersFormal training in proposal development and or bid management, eg. Shipley method and formal project management qualifications, eg.
