Bellozzo is looking for a highly-motivated Brand Manager to develop the long and short term marketing and sales strategy of the Bellozzo brand to achieve turnover marketing targets, and sustainable revenue growth.

Bellozzo is looking for a highly-motivated Brand Manager to develop the long and short term marketing and sales strategy of the Bellozzo brand to achieve turnover marketing targets, and sustainable revenue growth.
What will you need for the role?
- Bachelor's Degree with strong academic performance in marketing or a similar discipline
- 3-5 years of professional experience in brand management and/or sales & marketing
- Fluent English in both writing and oral communications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in data analytics & BI – ability to ask the right questions and analyze such data
- Industry experience in managing / marketing for fast casual restaurants as well as international experience are each a plus
- Excellent consumer understanding/empathy – obsession with customer, focused on customer experience across all touchpoints that resonate with our target audience
- Passionate about the brand & vision of Bellozzo (high energy & committed)
- Ability to adapt to and perform in a fast-paced, changing, deadline-driven environment
- Celebrates a customer-first mindset; deeply interested in understanding and actioning against the voice of the customer
What we count on you for:
- Develop & execute the Bellozzo marketing strategic plan across multiple channels flawlessly.
- Create the marketing schedule/calendar and ensure best-in-class execution across all campaigns and activations, with strong attention to detail and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional team to deliver new product development – plan and execute regular portfolio innovations, including the coordination across to bring to life.
- Contribute to menu strategy, pricing architecture and promotional mechanics to maximize sales and margin.
- Own and continuously evolve Bellozzo’s digital ecosystem (app, kiosks, loyalty program, CRM), driving customer engagement, frequency and seamless omnichannel experience.
- Collaborate on building ongoing customer research & insights muscle within the Bellozzo organization.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, competitive landscape (including analysis of competitor activities) and provide regular updates to Bellozzo team.
- Continuously monitor sales results and analyze sales & marketing data to determine campaign efficiencies, optimization opportunities, best practices, etc.
- Contribute to fine-tuning Bellozzo’s brand positioning – ensure consistent brand identity and tone of voice across all channels and materials.
- Drive local store marketing initiatives in collaboration with operations to increase restaurant-level performance.
- Support new store openings with tailored go-to-market plans and strong launch activations.
- Plan the marketing budget and control its usage track within agreed frames.
- Coordinate media and creative agencies to manage the relationship and execute against various campaigns – includes briefing of creative agencies.
