Job location: Miskolc/Debrecen

  • Lead and implement country security standards, policies, and programs aligned with DHL and global frameworks
  • Reporting security measures in DHL internal tool
  • Manage and investigate security incidents, process deviations, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions
  • Reduce losses, secure battery operations, and position process security as a key business differentiator
  • Deliver risk assessments, audits, training, and security awareness programs in Battery warehouses.
  • Partner with customers, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies on security and Battery logistics matters
  • Keeps track of legislative changes related to battery handling
  • Keep trainings on operation to secure battery handling processes
  • Advise country leadership, operations, and sales with expert security guidance
  • Manage security budgets, loss & recovery statements, and cost efficiency initiatives
  • Perform Business Continuity Management audit for the sites in the country.
  • Review of battery logistics processes and continously improve the safety of these processes

 

Advantage – experience in battery logistics

  • 3–5 years’ experience in security and process management, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or transportation
  • Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with multi-site or multi-country environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Degree in Security, Risk Management (or similar); professional security certifications, battery handling, ADR
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
