Responsibilities

Act as the central internal contact for all BCC activities within Procurement
Structure, prioritize, and steer all ongoing BCC projects and initiatives
Organize and coordinate all operational BCC activities, including sample ordering, supplier audits (initial and re-audits), first article inspections and industrialization activities, ramp-up, transfer, and localization projects
Drive the conceptual design and implementation of a BCC sourcing hub in Asia
Coordinate closely with Category Management, SCM, Controlling, Quality, Compliance, Legal and other relevant stakeholders
Actively contribute to cost reduction, resilience, and performance improvement programs

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience in international project management, procurement and sourcing
Proven experience in Best Cost / Low Cost Country sourcing, ideally with focus on Asia preferred
Strong project management skills with end-to-end responsibility
Solid understanding of supply chains, industrialization, and quality requirements
Confident and professional presence in an international and intercultural environment
Business fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit
