Responsibilities

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area
Provide accurate menu information and deliver attentive, professional service to guests
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management
Ensure correct and safe use of bar equipment
Follow daily opening and closing procedures
Support cash handling and payment processes when required
Work collaboratively with the team and adapt quickly during busy operations

Requirements

Previous experience as a Bartender in hotels, restaurants, or premium bars
Knowledge of classic cocktails and basic bar techniques
Strong communication skills with a guest-oriented mindset
High standards of hygiene and service quality
Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
