Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

Realization and further development of our classic bar concept with creative ideas and trends
Preparation and creative mixing of cocktails as well as the presentation of fine long drinks
Comprehensive guest service in the entire bar and lounge area, including taking orders, advising, and personal service
In-depth advice and recommendations on premium spirits such as whisky, gin, vodka, and other specialties
Supervision and organization of the Japanese whisky bar, including presentation and recommendations of fine whiskies
Independent organization and management of the bar area for a smooth service flow
Ensuring optimal service flow through professional mise en place and efficient working methods
Responsibility for managing the exclusive Cuban cigar lounge, including maintaining the walk-in humidor and presenting selected cigars from around the world
Compliance with and implementation of the hotel's high-quality standards to offer guests an unforgettable experience

Requirements

Your profile

Completed training in the hotel/restaurant industry or several years of experience in a comparable position in high-end gastronomy
Experience in the hotel industry or in high-end/premium restaurants
Full professional English required; any other language is an asset
In-depth knowledge of mixology and a strong service orientation
Excellent technical knowledge of cocktails and spirits
Well-groomed appearance and confident attitude
Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure, even in stressful situations
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
