BarracUDA Intern - Diákmunka
Main tasks, works:
- Supporting the delivery of the project goals of Project BarracUDA assigned to the ARC Operational Excellence Manager/BarracUDA program lead
- Work on the communications and marketing agenda of the project, focusing on energizing the global project audience through various tools and incentives
- Assist in data analysis of previously collected data, understanding the underlying problems in the GBS Finance organizations
- Work in conjunction with other project members, organizing events and celebrations locally
- Work with and review work of Outsourced Service Providers
- Work with other BSC Process Teams including Payables, Cash & Banking Accounts Payable and Intercompany Teams to ensure data entering ledgers is high quality and accurate
Job expectations:
- Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Fluency in written and spoken Hungarian
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness
- Working time
- Be able to invest at least 20-30 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
