Responsibilities

Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Bar
Organizing events and promotions
Participating in marketing initiatives and implementations of new ideas
Taking an active role in supervising and developing team members
Guaranteeing and enabling the team to meet all standards
Conducting frequent quality checks
Controlling and managing the set budget with the support of the Head of Department
Reading and contesting P/L report

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience in fine-dining and/or 5-star hotel restaurant
Higher hospitality education
Proficient command of English and preferably Hungarian languages
Proven track of complex management experience
High level of guest service skills & problem-solving skills
Professional self & corporate representation
Up-to-date knowledge of the wines and beverages with hands-on bartending skills
