Responsibilities

About the role:
We’re looking for a Backoffice Assistant to join our team in Budapest on a part-time (20 hours/week) basis. In this role, you will support our US operations, helping ensure smooth day-to-day administrative processes across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Managing administrative tasks (handling contracts, invoices, and reports)
  • Data entry and data management
  • Liaising with internal departments and external partners
  • Preparing reports, summaries, and analyses
  • Organizing and archiving documents
  • Providing financial and logistical support
  • Supporting daily office operations and ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Responsible for equipment storage and inventory management
  • Work closely with employees to provide support and ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team setting

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working in a multinational company
  • Higher education degree (university or college level)
