Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services that power our platform.
Work on resilient distributed systems using Kafka for event-driven workflows and Redis for real-time, fast data access and caching.
Work collaboratively within a modern monorepo setup (e.g. Turborepo, Nx or similar), contributing to shared libraries, tooling, and a coherent codebase
Deploy our cloud-based applications in a Cloud Foundry and BTP environment.
Take part in technical refinements to uncover details of solutions
Bring up new ideas on a daily basis

Requirements

You have a fierce drive to build scalable, reliable backend systems for the cloud. You thrive on new technologies, break complex problems into elegant solutions, and flourish as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.

University degree in Software Engineering or a related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Solid experience in at least one modern backend language (e.g. Node.js, Java, C#, Go). Our current stack is based on Node.js/TypeScript, but experience in other backend languages (Java, C#, Go, etc.) is equally welcome.
Understanding of distributed systems concepts; Ideally, some experience with Kafka (or similar messaging/streaming systems) and Redis (or similar caching technologies).
Proven experience developing enterprise-level applications.
Familiarity with, or motivation to work in, monorepo environments and tools like Turborepo, Nx, or similar.
Familiarity with modern DevOps methodologies is desirable but not mandatory.
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
