Responsibilities

  • Development of web applications mainly Backend using Node, Java or Kotlin
  • Ownership of full life-cycle including tech design, code reviews, testing, internal demos, deployment to production, investigation and fixing of production issues
  • Contribution to improvement of CI/CD pipeline and auto test coverage
  • Participation in a high speed, high ownership, strong tech culture team
  • Heavy use of AI (mainly Claude) to increase efficiency while maintaining full ownership of code and solutions

Requirements

  • Tech-design of small software changes
  • Development of software using any leading AI solution
  • 2-4 years of experience in software development teams as a developer
  • Good knowledge of at least one of Node, Java or Kotlin
  • Good knowledge of Backend development good practices
  • Good knowledge of at least one of MongoDB or SQL (Postgres)
  • Basic knowledge of web application frontend and cloud infrastructures
  • Willingness to occasionally work in Frontend using React, TypeScript
  • Fluency in English

Nice-to-have

  • Competence to develop web application frontend
  • Competence to develop cloud infrastructure (AWS)
