Thanks to a structured onboarding process with a fast learning curve, you will quickly take on responsibility. You will identify decision-makers among potential customers, advise them on our products and, thanks to your constantly growing network, help to increase awareness of our brand.

You will impress us with your experience in direct customer contact, ideally in a B2B environment. You are the right fit for us if you enjoy success, demonstrate strong commitment and have an affinity for digital tools.

• Identifying and making initial contact with potential customers via various channels, with a particular focus on telephone exchanges in the hungarian market
• Generating projects and leads from new customers and qualifying them in preparation for an appointment with our Field Sales Team
• Advising B2B customers and prospects on our products and services as the first point of contact in the customer journey – a target oriented conversation skillset is one of your strenghts
• Monitoring and documenting your activities using a cloud-based CRM system, which can be used flexibly when working remotely

• Enjoy making initial telephone contacts as part of clearly defined interview objectives – you like working with structured KPI´s
• Professional and confident presentation, with excellent knowledge of spoken and written Hungarian/English
• High tolerance for frustration – you remain motivated and persistent even in the face of setbacks
• Creativity in finding solutions tailored to the needs of our potential customers
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g. Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and a general affinity for digital work
