Our Client, a rapidly expanding international player in the FMCG and health & wellness sector, is seeking a B2B Sales Lead to support its regional commercial growth.
In this role, alongside hands‑on B2B sales activities, the successful candidate will initially be responsible for leading one sales colleague, with the possibility of expanding the team internationally in the future (notably towards Croatia and Romania).
Our client has an outstanding DTC presence and now aims to strengthen its position across both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channels.
The role combines senior‑level business development, key partner management, and the leadership of a junior sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and elevate a junior sales team to high performance
- Drive new business opportunities and manage complex commercial negotiations with major retail partners
- Own a strategic client portfolio and strengthen long-term partnerships
- Expand product presence across retail channels and boost listing performance
- Apply data‑driven insights to optimize pricing, margins, and forecasting accuracy
Requirements
Ideal Background
- 5+ years of B2B sales / Account Management experience in FMCG
- Proven people leadership or mentoring experience (at least 1 year of managerial, mentoring background)
- Strong negotiation, commercial, and analytical skills
- Advantage: experience in wellness; sports nutrition categories
- Hungarian knowledge and strong English (C1)
