Feladatok
As a B2B Sales Representative you’ll report directly to the Country Manager, working to achieve and exceed revenue and gross margin goals while developing market opportunities within Hungary. This role combines strategic sales with strong relationship-building, as you connect with local businesses and showcase our industry-leading products to meet their needs.
The role performs a broad range of sales activities, including prospecting, relationship development, proposal generation, and deal execution, while providing ongoing sales support in accordance with company policies and procedures. The primary objective of this position is to increase Matrix Fitness market penetration through consistent face-to-face engagement, effective pipeline management, and the successful closing of new and repeat business.
The role performs a broad range of sales activities, including prospecting, relationship development, proposal generation, and deal execution, while providing ongoing sales support in accordance with company policies and procedures. The primary objective of this position is to increase Matrix Fitness market penetration through consistent face-to-face engagement, effective pipeline management, and the successful closing of new and repeat business.
- Identifying potential clients, contacting them for offers, and updating the database;
- Presenting, promoting, and selling products in accordance with the company’s commercial standards and policies;
- Processing received orders;
- Market research, competitor analysis, and jointly establishing the best market strategy with the coordination team;
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete data entry in the CRM, including account activity, contacts, and opportunities pipeline updates.
- Preparing documentation prior to client meetings;
- Managing the market in the assigned geographical area (Hungary);
- Promoting fitness equipment in the assigned area;
- Providing technical and commercial information to clients;
- Achieving monthly and annual sales plans;
- Understanding and pursuing the company’s objectives;
- Acting in the spirit of the company’s values;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with decision-makers in fitness clubs, sports clubs, hotels and guesthouses, hospitals, clinics;
- Responsible for developing relationships between clients and the company;
- Regularly visiting clients in the assigned area, respecting the visit schedule (daily/weekly/monthly) on established routes;
- Monitoring orders and commercial contracts concluded with clients to ensure timely order fulfillment;
- Daily reporting of activities to the superior.
Elvárások
- Completed higher education (economics, marketing, physical education or sports);
- Experience in sales (technical products and services);
- Good communication and negotiation skills, pleasant presence;
- Thorough knowledge of sales techniques and customer approach;
- Consciousness, responsibility, and punctuality;
- Dynamism, motivation, and persistence in achieving objectives;
- Customer and results orientation;
- Ability to work independently;
- Very good PC operating skills;
- Good planning and organizational capacity;
- Ability to quickly assimilate information, meeting deadlines;
- Category B driving license;
- Hungarian language - native level, English language – at least intermediate level;
- Availability for travel.
- Experience in the fields of Fitness, Sports, Health is an advantage.
