Feladatok

Process and maintain customer purchase orders (POs) accurately and on time
Enter, update, and track orders in SAP
Verify order details, pricing, and delivery information
Process and maintain demo product reservations
Communicate with internal teams regarding PO status and clarifications
Support daily office operations and provide long-term assistance to the team
Gradually take on additional responsibilities as experience grows

Elvárások

Active or passive student status (at least one year finished)
Advanced English knowledge
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Reliable, structured, and able to work independently
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Munkaidő:
Flexible working hours on weekdays (between 9:00 - 17:00)
Availability to work 20 hours per week
