This is your role!

We are looking for our B2B Portal & Project manager colleague, who will be responsible for the further development of the integrated B2B portal - Dreher Online and other key sales related projects.

We count on you for these activities:

Responsibility for the expansion of existing online platform functions based on the priorities.
Cooperation with the project team to define the exact need and finalize the specification (Set up project details, timeline, work out solutions, presents the results of the milestones to the stakeholders).
Independently manage the external vendors and related departments to launch the advanced function based on the needs on time.
Independent development of optimization approaches and strategic recommendations for action based on relevant analyses and business goals.
Improving the user experience based on response numbers/advanced analytics (Examine data to identify trends, insights which support business decisions and implement further necessary development needs).
Consulting stakeholders with recommendations to solve business challenges and problems (Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations).
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness (digitalization and automatization).
Action as a problem solver, addressing issues that arise during project implementation.
Own projects management within the sales department, working together in a matrix role with different departments and external vendors.
Regularly monitoring key control points of processes / policies.
Full ownership of successful development project launches.

You will need these skills for successful work:

Economics or financial degree
At least 3-4 years’ experience at FMCG companies in project management, especially with complex projects and in working with sales processes.
Ideally initial management experience and the ability to promote and develop employees in a targeted manner.
Advanced project experience in collaboration with key stakeholders/experts/business departments and external partners.
Active, fluent intermediate English in oral and written.
Intermediate to advanced user level for all office applications.
Knowledge of setting up, developing, and administering digital platforms and SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Nice to have: knowledge of Database structures, Project management tools.
