Luminochem is a globally recognized manufacturer of specialty UV fluorescent materials used in security printing, authentication and brand protection. Our technologies are trusted by governments, global brands and industry leaders in more than 50 countries worldwide.
We are looking for an Export Sales Manager to join our growing export sales team with a primary focus on Asia B2B markets.
This role is about building long-term business relationships: developing partnerships, identifying new opportunities and taking ownership of your region while working in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Industry experience is not required. We are primarily looking for a strong B2B sales professional who knows how to build relationships, develop markets and grow international business. If you bring the right sales mindset and experience, we will teach you the rest.
The Role
You will manage and develop a portfolio of international B2B partners across key export markets in Asia.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and developing distributor and partner relationships
• Identifying new market opportunities and developing new customers
• Representing Luminochem at international trade shows and industry events
• Working closely with technical and internal teams to deliver the right solutions to the right customers

• Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B sales
• Fluent in English and in Hungarian
• Proven ability to manage cross-cultural business relationships
• Strong ownership mindset and commercial thinking
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with our export sales team
