Join our Customer Team and advance your career as a
B2B Customer Operations Specialist - Polish speaking

  • Coordinate the order management process of clients in the automotive industry
  • Maintain customer and material master database
  • Enter customer orders and follow them up
  • Manage customer requests and queries
  • Be logging, assigning, tracking progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completion
  • Interact with customers and stakeholders in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
  • Facilitate the invoicing process
  • Fluency in Polish and solid English knowledge
  • Relevant experience in the field of Customer Service in an SSC environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Siebel, SAP, etc.)
  • Customer oriented approach
