Our Central-European partner is active in the media and entertainment industry. We are looking for devoted and dynamic AWS contractors who are passionate about delivering an excellent user experience on their online platforms.

AWS Contractor

Task:

  • Optimisation of AWS infrastructure processes to reduce costs
  • Identify and isolate critical points in cloud infrastructure
  • Initiate infrastructure changes without loss of functionality
  • Working closely with development engineers during optimisation processes

    • Expectation:

  • Proficient understanding of cloud infrastructure Inquisitive mindset towards architectural and infrastructural details
  • Ability to proactively address challenges: don't wait or panic in front of bottlenecks, instead solve it proficiently
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
  • 6-8 years of experience in relevant fields as software engineer, cloud engineer, cloud architect
  • Proven experience in driving technical initiatives
  • Capacity to generate innovative ideas and solutions
  • Strong technical communication skills to be employed with various stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to work as a contractor

    • Other:

  • Grasp on AWS fundamentals, Terraform templates Grasp on low level details such as ability to reason about the performance of databases, caches (RDS, Elasticache), Docker (for Java & Go Services)
