Aviation Fuel O2C Senior Subject Matter Expert
The Aviation Senior Customer Service SME role exists to support the Aviation Customer operations with process simplification and standardization in line with the Global Process Design Standards and with the Aviation strategy to achieve enhanced customer experience as well as efficiency delivery within the Customer Service teams. The Senior Customer Service SME plays a key role in the Aviation Business Transformation programs and SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) implementation by ensuring effective processes and interfaces are in place to meet customer expectations.
The Aviation Senior Customer Service SME will work with the Team Leaders and in close cooperation with the operational teams
In this role You will:
Drive expertise in Customer Service processes and provide recommendations for process and efficiency enhancements.
Represent the E2E Customer view in process and SAF implementation related workshops and conversations, drive value adding outcomes with real customer impact.
Consider the impact of SAF-projects on the Customer Service, Cash Collection and CX processes and ensure functional processes are aligned and can be operated without any interruption; ensure functional interfaces within the process work efficiently.
Ensure organizational changes and transitions have no impact on Aviation customers by assessing the impact of the changes; creating and implementing respective mitigation plans.
Ensure the Global Process Standards are embedded in the Cash Collection operations by driving regular process audits, ensure training materials and process documentation are up to date and trainings are delivered to the target population.
Conduct regular control activities for the Aviation Customer operations, ensuring compliance and supervising internal control effectiveness.
Complete process reviews and propose improvements to align and standardize across the Aviation organization and ensure changes are embedded and adhered consistently.
Proactively identify gaps in existing and to-be processes, propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities incorporating standard methodologies for Cash Collection.
Train and mentor team members to address process gaps, identify inefficiencies and help to embed a continuous improvement culture in the organisation.
Support Aviation Customer Leadership in developing a high performance culture promoting continuous learning and focusing on meeting / exceeding customer needs / expectations.
What You will need to be successful:
A bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience is required
3 - 5 years’ experience working in a Cash Collection/Aviation environment.
High degree of O2C process knowledge
High level of SAP and "myinvoice", data capture systems proficiency
Project management and/or transition experience
High Level of IT proficiency in Microsoft packages
Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
High level of Influencing skills, ability to drive conversations forward and create auspicious outcomes
Strong performance-management skills with experience of managing both quantitative and qualitative targets and a track record of achieving goals
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Strong stakeholder-management skills
Possess a sound understanding of internal and external customer needs, able to negotiate and manage expectations to meet / exceed requirements.
