Responsibilities

Handling technical cases from German-speaking dealer workshops through a ticketing system
Analysing fault codes, symptoms, live data and repair information to find the root cause
Guiding technicians to the right repair in clear written German
Documenting every case accurately and escalating complex cases to Level 2 team with all necessary information
Spotting recurring issues and sharing them with the engineering team
Building expertise on electric and high-voltage vehicles through manufacturer training

Requirements

Hands-on experience in a dealer or independent workshop with focus on diagnostics
Technical qualification such as Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Techniker, Kfz-Meister, automotive technician or an engineering degree
Confident use of diagnostic tools, wiring diagrams and repair information systems
Fluent German
Good professional English
Analytical and independent way of working
Patience to handle a high volume of cases
Right to work in the EU

Nice-to-have

High-voltage / EV qualification such as DGUV 209-093 level 2S/3S or equivalent
Experience with a technical hotline, warranty or ticketing tools

HUF 800,000–900,000 gross per month
Hybrid work from Budapest with flexible home office
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, no weekends
