Responsibilities

Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (Intermediate level)
Handle high-volume customer service emails (ramping up to 500+ emails weekly)
Learn and adapt to legacy technical systems
Prioritize tasks and think critically in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (Intermediate)
Some technical aptitude (training provided)
Soft skills and being a people person
Willingness to learn, prioritize, adaptability, critical thinking
Some Supply Chain and/or Automotive background/experience (OEM/Supplier, Dealership, Parts, Manufacturing, Logistics)
