Our partner is the world's number one bicycle manufacturing company, for which, due to expansion, we are looking for a colleague for the position of automation engineer

Automation engineer

Task:

  • Identifying opportunities for automation within software processes
  • Running tests for databases, systems, networks and applications
  • Testing automated techniques to ensure they complete the assigned tasks
  • Collaborating with other business units to understand how you can use automation to improve workflow
  • Simulating and testing automated machinery and methods
  • Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, or maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems or processes to meet requirements
  • Investigate equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and recommend remedial actions
  • Develop, coordinate, or monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation of product designs
  • Design test control apparatus or equipment or develop procedures for testing products

    • Expectation:

  • Engineer college or university degree
  • Specialisation or other kind of training with robots
  • 1-3 year experiences at least
  • Communication in English, both verbal and written
  • ABB programming

    • Other:

  • Manufacturing backgroung is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP system, AutoCad is a plus
