The Role
Automation Developer
Are you passionate about automation and process improvement? Join our team and help drive innovative automation solutions that improve efficiency and enhance user experience across our business functions.
Your main responsibilities:
- Understand business automation requirements and collaborate with process SMEs to gather and document requirements.
- Support automation opportunity identification and process documentation activities.
- Create and maintain functional and solution design documentation.
- Analyse automation opportunities, estimate development effort, and assess feasibility.
- Design, build, and develop automated solutions using RPA and non-RPA technologies.
- Deliver high-quality, bug-free automation solutions in line with company standards and timelines.
- Develop practical and insightful solutions while balancing technological and scheduling constraints.
- Execute testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through automation.
- Work according to Continuous Improvement principles and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
Your background
You will be good for this role if you:
- Have 1-2 years of professional experience in automation development or a related field.
- Hold a university degree.
- Have hands-on experience with automation technologies and tools such as VBA, VB Scripts, RPA platforms, SQL, Power Automate, or similar solutions.
- Have experience creating Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Possess a logical and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your tasks.
- Have strong stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and coordination skills.
- Are proactive, highly motivated, and eager to drive improvements.
- Communicate confidently in English (Advanced level - C1).
- Demonstrate collaboration, resilience, responsiveness, innovation, and empathy in your daily work.
