Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits with emphasis on manufacturing processes, production controls, cost structures, and inventory management.
- Assess internal control effectiveness, identify risks, and propose improvement actions.
- Analyse process flows, perform control testing, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Prepare structured audit reports and present findings to management.
- Follow up on remediation activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of audit experience gained specifically in a manufacturing setting (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of production workflows, cost accounting, and operational KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills is an advantage.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).

Our international partner is looking for an experienced Auditor - Manufacturing Focus professional to support operational and financial audit activities across production sites. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and proven auditing experience in a manufacturing environment, which is a key requirement for this role.

Location: Budapest - Hybrid working model with 2 or 3 home‑office days per week.
