Responsibilities

Coordinating and executing testing activities within project teams
Interpreting business and technical requirements to identify relevant test conditions
Preparing and maintaining core testing artifacts such as test documentation, test scenarios, and supporting data sets
Monitoring test execution and investigating issues
Resolving defects and improving overall solution quality
Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify expectations and ensure alignment on acceptance criteria
Encouraging the practical use of test automation
Contributing to improving existing testing practices and assets
Sharing experience within the team
Participating in continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Proven background in software testing or quality assurance
Master’s degree with applicable industry exposure as alternative
Hands-on experience in testing activities across different types of projects
Ability to adapt to varying levels of complexity
Understanding of how testing fits into the overall development process
Collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to interpret requirements and identify potential risks
Support in defining testing scope and priorities
Contribution to shaping test approaches
Review of specifications
Participation in creating meaningful test coverage
Comfortable using testing tools to execute tests, document findings, and follow up on defect resolution
Support in reporting activities and ensuring proper recording and finalization of testing outputs at project phase ends
