Responsibilities
- You translate complex IFRS requirements into practical solutions: assess, analyze, and document complex business transactions in accordance with IFRS, coordinate with auditors, and implement them responsibly.
- You ensure that current IFRS requirements are consistently applied and interpreted across the organization.
- You advise and support our local finance teams to ensure consistent processes and policies.
- You are responsible for maintaining, further developing, and communicating our group-wide accounting policies.
- You develop practical training content based on real business cases for our One Finance Academy.
- You contribute to the preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and consolidated financial statements.
- You prepare and refine presentations for the executive board and management.
- You participate in exciting special projects, M&A transactions, and the implementation of new standards and processes.
Requirements
- You have a degree in economics with a focus on accounting, finance, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of professional experience in IFRS accounting, ideally in a corporate environment or an international auditing firm.
- You have in-depth knowledge of IFRS and its practical application.
- You have experience in preparing or supporting consolidated financial statements and financial reports.
- You can confidently analyze, document, and coordinate complex business transactions with auditors.
- You possess strong communication skills and enjoy preparing and delivering knowledge in training formats.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken – additional languages are a plus but not mandatory.
