Assistant

• Calendar & Travel Management: Proactively organize and prioritize appointments, travel arrangements, and events.
• Communication & Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage presentations, reports, and confidential documents; maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for meetings; track and follow up on action items.
• Project Support: Assist with strategic projects and special initiatives across various business functions.
• Information Management: Ensure efficient document handling and data flow.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business administration or related field.
• Experience: minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior managers
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools; basic understanding of corporate processes.
• Languages: Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
• Personal Attributes: High level of discretion, organizational excellence, resilience, strong communication skills, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
