Responsibilities

ABOUT THE JOB

In this role, you will primarily support the Head of Information Technology (CIO) and the IT Governance function, while also providing assistance to the entire IT Management Team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide administrative support, including document preparation, editing, and correspondence
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation
Organize team and company events
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Handle confidential business and personnel information with discretion
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow

Requirements

Completed vocational training and proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an international or consulting services environment
Strong organizational skills, independent working style, and effective time management
High attention to detail, accuracy, proactivity and discretion in handling confidential matters
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English and German
