Responsibilities

Assists in the development of means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit
Compiles information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales
Provides analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost saving and productivity opportunities for property managers.
Analyzes financial data and market trends
Produces accurate forecasts that enable operations to react to changes in the business

Requirements

Master's degree in Finance or Accounting

Nice-to-have

Similar experience in a 5* luxury hotel
