YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Joint leadership of the team
- Responsibility for cash accounting including handling and entering daily proceeds
- Ensuring proper checkout procedures and working at the cash desk
- Providing administrative support to management
- Managing customer complaints
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Successful completion of a business administration qualification, preferably graduating from a university
- Proven practical experience, preferably in the retail and/or service sector will be considered an asset
- Very good knowledge of German and/or English
- General business and numerical understanding
- Strong organizational skills as well as strong customer- and service-orientation
- High level of commitment, initiative and hands-on approach
