Állás leírása
Responsibilities
Assisting the CG Supervisor/Creative Director and Art Director to fulfill their creative vision by producing quality character, set, and prop rigs and models
Scripting solutions for CG projects
Developing the aesthetics and pipeline for current CG projects together with the Senior Asset Artist and CG Core Team
Assisting the Art Director / Production Director with developing new techniques, visual development, and pipeline standards for new projects
Leading the team of studio artists in their tech-art efforts
Working closely with the Director/Art Director to understand and technically drive forward his vision
Partnering with the Production Coordinator to schedule the project based on bid days provided by the Producer
Choosing the most efficient technologies and tools considering budget, deadline, and quality benchmark
Optimizing the workflow and pipeline, tools, software together with the CG supervisor
Technically checking everything before promotion to the next department to ensure pipeline compatibility
Resolving technical disagreements between artists and choosing the best course of action for the project
Mentoring and boosting the morale of artists on the project
Creating and implementing new tools and techniques while working closely with the CG supervisor
Establishing and continuously developing the Asset Inventory/Library as an owner

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
Good knowledge of programming languages and software engineering practices
Proven track record of technical knowledge of the required software
Experience with asset tracking/management system
Traditional artistic knowledge and background/experience with a great aesthetic eye for details
Fluent English
Strong team player and leadership skills
Self-motivated, task-driven, and great team player
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proactive self-learning and continuous tracking of tech developments
Openness to direction and ability to embrace change
